The documentation under switchboard reminders stops...... is this coming ?
I made Calls Queues for 3 agents extension for monitoring.
I can not see queue list on switchboard and footer section.
marked Show queue calls on call filter.
and can not see 'Select Queues' on setting menu.
Ver 15.5 Pro
To be able to see the Queue statistics you need to either be a member of the Queue or you need to be set as Queue manager.
