Anyone have any experience with a 2N Helios Verso Intercoms & Touchpanels? We are currently running 3cx v15 onsite with several Snom M700 cordless phones and Grandstream IP Deskphones. No issues whatsoever. So now we added a 2N Helios Verso Intercom & several 2N Touchpanels. All registered to the PBX via SIP extensions, but we have horrendous audio echoing between both caller and receiver from all 2N devices. But there's no echo between the Snom or Grandstream phones, just 2N devices. 2N support said its Echo is related to the network (two Dell n2048p switches), so we tried putting the 2N devices on a separate VLAN with no success. We also tried bypassing the 3cx PBX and set the 2N devices to call themselves directly with no success. 2N's website advertise these devices having "echo suppression", but that's definitely not the case given our situation. Curious if anyone has had similar experiences with echo heard on SIP devices and if there was network related fix. TIA
