2nd Outbound call failing

    Greetings
    Our business outbound calls through the Patton are having issues. Any individual user can ring outbound from their handset without problems however as soon as a 2nd user attempts to call out at the same time/during the other call they get approximately 15 seconds of nothing then an engaged signal.

    I've Isolated the moment it happens and posted the logs of it below. It reports a 504 server error, however scanning the forums I've been unable to find another with the exact same error.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks in advance.

    Is it always calls to port 5062 that fail, or is it random?
    If it is always to 5062 then check the gateway settings, for that port, and the phone line attached.
