30seg queue

    Hello

    I have a doubt, because a i created a new queue with the agents activated, but when the call enters the queue
    i have to wait 30 seg before the call goes to any of the agents
    how can i pull off that 30 seg waiting?

    Are callers listening to a message during this time, or just hold music?
