3cx 10 First phone call dropped every morning.

    I am using version 10 fully licensed. I have a strange bug. For some reason every morning the first phone call is dropped. After that everything seems to work fine.

    Any ideas?

    Incoming, outgoing?
    Internal, external?
    After the same time period consistently?
    Involving the same extension, trunk group? What type of trunks?
    How does the call route? Ring group, Queue, other?

    Have you looked at the 3CX logs to see which end drops the call? Does it show the same thing every day?

    When did this start, were there any changes to the system or network abut that time?
