3CX 12.5 Calls Colliding\Merging

    All,

    I am experiencing an odd issue with my 3CX (v12.5) phone system, it's seems as though active calls are being interrupted from another extension on the phone system.

    For example, users 1 and 2 could be talking to each other, and users 3 and 4 doing the same, and for no reason users 3 and 4 will merge into users 1 and 2's conversation.

    I have searched through the logs, and couldn't find anything out of the ordinary. The issue even persists after a reboot and happens randomly to random users.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
