Our company has just updated to v12 of the 3CX VoIP system, and I have encountered what I presume to be a bug in the full screen Presence window. Upon first activation I quickly discovered the ability to rearrange and organise the various tabs. However, after having turned my laptop off at the end of the day, I came in yesterday to discover that whilst Presence had remembered the layout I had opted for, the order of the tabs had changed. For example, DEFAULT which I had placed on the left hand side (on its own), was now tagged in the middle and fifth in a row of other tabs. After some more testing, I have been able to replicate this issue repeatedly without error. Anybody have any ideas?
