Hi I am trying to setup the 3CX ACT! Integration for a customer and having a few difficulties, The TAPI Driver works fine and can dial out from ACT! but I can't get incoming calls to communicate with ACT! (I must have input some settings wrong) Is there a way to look to see if the 3CX plugin is failing to log into the database? The pad file is saved on a server and accessed through the network path ie //server/ACTDATA/act17.pad So i have it set as a local file as attached and the username and password used to logon.
