3cx action after voicemail

    Hi,

    Can 3CX initiate another action after a voice-mail has been left?
    For instance; Having the 3CX system continuously call a cell phone after an emergency voice-mail has been left.

    If not, is there another solution able to accomplish this?

    The system will send an email and activate a message waiting light/signal, on a set(s), that's about it. There is no way to differentiate as to the type of message (normal/emergency) that has been left. Callers can opt out to the operator extension. An emergency message would have to be decided in advance using options in a the Digital Assistant, but that would just place that message in a particular extension mailbox. You'd still be limited to the current methods of notification.
