3CX All Phone Templates missing after restoring backup

    Hi,

    I have installed V12 on Windows Server 2012 and restored a V11 backup into it.

    When using the Sytem Management Console I get "an exception ocurred" followed by "MainForm error" (or similar texts) whenever a screen displaying information related with phone provisioning is loaded.

    Non phone-provisioning related pages work fine.

    If I go to Settings>Phone Provisioning Templates, I realize there is not a single phone template. There are templates for the other types of devices.

    I have tryied installing a fresh PBX, on the same server and works fine. So whatever corrupts my provisioning information, is related with my old PBX backup.

    Any clue would be welcome.

    I could find a reasonable workarround to this problem:

    1.-Edit the backup zip file folder
    2.-Delete the "provisioning" and "templates\phone" folder
    3.-Restore from the modified backup folder

    Now the messages have disapeared, and the administration console works fine.
