3cx and Linksys PAP2-NA

    I am sure we can help you.

    But include the log file in your post.

    One when you try to make an outbound call and one trying to make inbound call.

    That will help us out, so we can pin point what the problem could be. From you post it could range from phone cable not plugged in all the way through to authentication.

    We like to narrow it a bit down. :).

    I just plug in PAP2-NA on power:
    17:08:25.743 ServRegs::eek:nAdd Registered: Ln:10000@BrT 33238006

    On X-Lite softphone I dial the number with 0 on begining:
    17:20:53.468 CallConf::Rejected Call(C:23) is rejected: Not Found
    17:20:53.468 StratInOut::eek:nCancel Call(C:23): Call from Ext.5503 to 30132101 terminated; reason: Not Found
    17:20:53.296 CallConf::eek:nIncoming Call(C:23): Incoming call from Ext.5503 to sip:030132101@pbx.sistematica.com.br

    When I call the PSTN line number connected on PAP2NA from another PSTN, I dont receive any messages. It dont answer the call.

    First of all we have not tested with the PAP2-NA. However from the images and logs:

    It seems your PBX is pbx.sistematica.com.br, however when i see the configured proxy in the Linksys PAP adapter, it lists the hostname of another machine.

    The log shows that the call was received by 3CX Phone System and then forwarded to your VOIP Gateway. The VOIP Gateway then returned a 404 not found, meaning it could not dial the number 30132101. So the configuration between Linksys and 3CX Phone System is correct and the call is correctly handled by 3CX, however the LInksys can not dial the number and thus returns a 404 not found.

    Check that the LinkSYS actually can detect an outbound line and that you can make calls from it. Check that the number is valid. Check that the Brasilian PSTN line settings are configured correctly and so on.
