3cx and MS CRM

    Hi Guys, we're currently on v14. We're going to start using MS CRM online soon. Does v14 have CRM integration or is that only part of v15?

    Can MS CRM be used as the company phone book? at the moment we have a scheduled job written using the 3cx API that deletes all the contact from the company phone book and then reimports them all.

    Ideally I would like the company phone book, and then the soft phone client for windows to use the MS CRM contacts. Is this possible using the integration, or will I need to manually get the data from MS CRM and process it via the API?
