3CX and Nextiva

    Hi,

    I am trying to get 3CX to work with Nextiva SIP trunk. Outgoing calls work but inbound ring busy and don't show up in 3CX log. Nextiva support isn't very helpful with 3CX. Anyone have any pointers?

    Hello @theMightyMacBoy

    Are the calls reaching the PBX? Have the passed the firewall checker? If you are familiar with wireshark you can run a capture on the PBX machine and see if the call reaches you. If it doesn't then you need to contact the provider or get a trunk from a supported provider we know it works. If the call is coming to the PBX then a capture will help you identify the issue this is not working.
