3CX and Outlook Plugin Failed

    Hello,

    I am trying to install Outlook Plugin in a Windows 7 x64 with Outlook 2013.
    Everything is ok but when I try to start Outlook I have an error with the VSTO not valid or file could not be opened. Do you have any ideas on what is wrong ?

    For your information , users are not admin of the computer... And Trying also to deploy on Golden Image.

    Hello @IT_S,

    You don't need to be an admin to install the add-in, because it is registered for the current user only.

    This might happen if you use an old version of 3CXPlugins. Please try downloading the latest installer from here:
    https://downloads.3cx.com/downloads/3CXPlugins15.exe
