3cx and sage cti crm

    Hi,

    I want to integrate 3cx with sage crm 6.0.

    Sage CRM has a CTI system. And i want the cti system to use the 3cx system.

    Have you any idea of how to do it?

    Have i to create a plug in like told in this link?

    Or do i just need to configure the cti?

    Does the sage CTI have a TAPI driver integration?

    At present you have to create a module yes, but we are looking at improving our TAPI driver so that it can be used by other applications such as Sage

    Do you mean, i have to create a module even sage have a tapi integration? I read your article and i'm afraid i can't create it cause i'm new at c# and i've not enough information about sage cti development.

    If anyone have create this module, please post your code or send me message.

    Hi,

    I'm now trying to create the module.

    I'll do it step by step.

    The first step i was trying to do is to develop a program that shoes the number of phone of an inbound call.

    A very simple program but i don't know how to do it.

    Please help
