3CX and SPA3102 no fax tone using Fax Server feature

We are currently 3CX v5 licensed and SPA3102 voip gateway as our IP telephony system.
I tried to configure and enable 3CX fax server feature, but when i tried to call the line configured in 3cx fax server there is no fax tone heared by caller to start sending fax, just keep ringing until the call is drop.
I have checked our SPA3102 voip gateway the fax feature and T38 feature is enable.
Please help.
