3CX and voip gw -> Getting SIP 500 Error

    Hello i'm trying to send a call via a gw, but i cannot pass, because i',m getting an 500 error
    which can be the cause of a error 500 in SIP

    in the voip gw is registered to the 3cx
    an in the pbx section: System Status -> Port/Trunks is in green

    But i'm still getting this error

    Dear Sebastian,

    Are you using remote pbx, phones and gateways or is a local installation?

    Basically this error comes from gateway and not from pbx. Please pay attention on your gateway side.
