    When someone calls a extension's DID number the customer wants the originating caller id to pass to the 3cx app. Is it possible to pass the caller id

    Hello @Tarheels

    That should be done automatically. What are you seeing now? Navigate to Contacts in the management console and then click on options.
    What is selected under the "Add Group, Queue or DID/DDI Names to Caller ID" option?

    And what is the client showing when a call comes in? Is it showing the inbound rule name?
