3cx assistant external calls

    I cant figure this out. I have a user who cant see external calls in Assistant. Her preferences to view and group are checked.
    When she clicks Refresh, you momentarily see the External Call group, then it disappears. I unistalled and reinstalled assistant and same thing. Something on the server?
