3CX Assistant - Outlook Addin Error

    When I open MS Outlook 2007, I receive the following error:

    Error Starting 3CX Assistant Microsoft Outlook Addin:

    Could not load file or assembly 'office, Version=11.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=71e9bce111e9429c' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference (Exception from HSRESULT: 0x80131040).

    Any ideas?

    I too am having this exact same error
    Did anyone ever find an answer

    Hi,

    Try to unistall MyPhone and Desktop Components completely from your computer, restart then install them again. I think some files from desktop components are corrupted. Watch the event viewer for any errors.

    Yup have tried that
    and after reinstalling I still get same message
    also when I launch Myphone (installed version) And go to preferrences The configure is greyed out in outlook admin option
    I just cannot seem to get this addin to load

    Ive just done a reinstall on another machine
    Windows 7 Ultimate
    and now it says the tools could not be installed for visio studio
    and yet again the box for the addin is greyed out
    The only reason for us wanting to change over to VOIP is for this intergration into outlook or act!
    Neither of which I can get to work for some reason

    Hi,

    You should have here :

    C:\Users\[User name]\AppData\Roaming\3CX Outlook Integration\Logs

    a log file for Outlook add-in integration.

    And also here:

    C:\Users\[User name]\Documents\3CX MyPhone

    a log file of my phone.

    Can u please upload them here.
    Also I told u to look in windows event viewer. Any error? Any warning?
