3CX Assistant Outlook Plug-In Configuration Error

    I get an error when configuring the Outlook Plug-in. I use Microsoft Outlook 2003 connected to an Exchange Server running in non-Cached mode.

    In the 3CX Assistant I select CRM->Plug-in Configuration. Under Plug-in Configuration I select Microsoft Outlook. When I tick Enable Microsoft Outlook Plug-in I get the error:

    An error occurred trying to obtain Microsoft Outlook contact's folder list.

    Cannot create channel sink to connect to URL '/OutlookServiceProvider'. An appropriate channel has probably not been registered.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

    this error exist if you have installed 3cx assistant when outlook run.

    close outlook, uninstall 3cx assistant and reinstall it.

    don't forget to check if outlook.exe processus (in taks manager) run. it must don't run.
