3CX Backup Logs

    Hello,

    We are running 3CX v10 (SP3). I had previously set up 3cx to save backup logs, as we were troubleshooting a QoS issue. I have since un-ticked the option to "Keep Backup of Log Files," and applied the settings. However, 3cx continues to write the log files. Any known solutions?

    After changing the log settings you need to restart the services for the new settings to take effect.
