3CX Call History Service Error

    Below please find the error i found from call history service log!

    due to this problem i can't get the call log data's!
    there is no data in data base hence i cannot get the call logs and reports!

    i have been struggling for more than a week with this issue still couldn't find a solution!
    any one there who can help me! please!

    Is your management console working ? Are all services started?

    I am using 3CX Phone System v12
    Yes Management console is working and all the service are started!

    Are you running latest service pack available (SP6.1 at the moment) ?

    Yes! Finally we got the support from 3CX as it was a problem with License Key! after what ever they did! they told us to activate again with the same KEY and now the problem has been rectified!
