    Hi.
    is it possible to access 3cx postgresql database in order to ges information regarding the calls history?

    I'm trying to access it using the pgAdmin III installed on the same VM as 3CX PS v14 using the connection setting provided in the 3CXPhoneSystem.ini file.

    [CallReports]
    USERNAME=logsreader
    DRIVER=PostgreSQL Unicode
    PASSWORD=logsreader
    DATABASE=phonesystem
    PORT=5480
    SERVER=localhost

    I'm getting the message about the wrong password is provided.

    Details in the picture attached.

    Is it possible to use it on v14 and v15 this way or the only way is to use CDR log file export?

    thank you.
    regards

    We are having the same issue as well. Using pgAdmin 4, we are getting 'password authentication failed for user "logsreader"'.

    i solved the isue.

    Try using the user accounts provided in the C:\Program Files\3CX Phone System\Bin\3CXPhoneSystem.ini file.
    Connect to database named "database_single", not "phonesystem".

    regards
