3cx Call Queue - Switching 'Noise'

    Just a general enquiry really, just to see if there is anything we can do about it.

    With the way we have our call queues setup at one of our clients, it rings for 15 seconds then switch to the next queue.. and there is around a 1.5 second 'click and gap' almost like the phone has been picked up. then once connected to the next queue the music then resumes.

    Is there any way we can adjust the gap when transferring between queues?

    Unfortunately not, That is he "gap" where the default prompt "please wait while I transfer your call" was, which I assume you have replaces with a silent wav file. This process dies usually take around 1 second to complete. There may be a minor improvement in the next update, but the gap in audio won't go completely most likely.
