Hi there. I am running 3CX Server version 7. I just installed the call reporter utility, however when I go into the database no calls show up even with filtering. I am running Access 2003 and there were no problems with the install itself. I am also getting no error messages, I just can't simply see any data. I also made sure in the ini file that the database server is set to localhost (my 3CX server). Is there a setting that needs to be set in 3CX to be able to view logs in the Call reporter utility? Any ideas what could be causing the data not to show up?
