3cx call

    Hi,


    Anyone tried to use BLF to distinguish a DID number?
    scenario:

    i have one CSR handling 4 different accounts every account has one DID
    1 - Cisco Inquiry
    2 - Dell Inquiry
    3 - Hp Inquiry
    4 - IBM Inquiry

    The thing i want to accomplish is when someone called in cisco the CSR knows that the call is coming from Cisco Inquiry.
    Where can i do this? or does 3cx support this kind of feature? I will use a IP phone

    You can run the DID's through different ring-groups and then apply that ring-groups name to the CID.

    Or you could direct each DID to a different extension key on the set. If key 2 was ringing then they would know that it was a call regarding Dell, etc.
