3CX chat window read only

    Hi all

    I just upgraded the client with the v14 Sp2 update. I have updated my PC and all good. I also updated our terminal server. I did this by reinstalling in install mode and using administrator rights under my login. Everyone except me has no issues, but when I try to chat, my chat window is read only.

    Any ideas? It feels like a permissions issue to me.

    Hello Mark,

    Just a verification on that. Once you click the chat icon on the 3CXPhone you do not have the option to compose the message?
