Can you help, please?
I do not think your phone nor the app is freezing, but it takes time to connect to the PBX.
This I notice that at the right side of ROGERS and WiFi sign the connection sign is circling for a long time.
When the app finally connect to the PBX all entered digits appears on the screen.
Please check if you only use the WiFi the issue is still there.
I am running v220.127.116.11 - iOS 10.3.3 – iPhone7 without issues.
I noticed that the problem disappears if I disable access to contacts. I have 6000 contacts and they are pulled from Exchange.
1 - Igor, this happen with the version we released today (18.104.22.168) ?
2 - Do you have alot of device and/or personal and/or company contacts and/or extensions?
Ah, OK, now I observed what you mentioned about contacts.
Well, we'll try to optimize the handling of big amount of contacts - some time ago, somebody reported here he has ~28,000 (twenty eight thousands) contacts, each with various amount of phone numbers (home, work, mobile etc). We'll have to decide somehow how to deal with such cases.

Hey, that guy with the 28k contacts was me.
I ripped down my phonebook and am still rebuilding it every day.
Just got about 500 right now.
But i remember, that the iphone client did not had these issues before some update... i think i remember something in the patch notes about "optimizing contacts"... well, the opposite was the case for me :-/
