3CX Client in CTI-Mode does not show incoming calls

    Hello

    Having a 3CX Client in CTI-Mode for an physical phone.
    When a call comes in, the 3CX Client shows nothing. Expected would be to show a notification window with the callers name (based on phonebook) or its number.
    Can this behaviour changed somewhere?

    Yes, exactly. Its displayed only the client is in softphone mode.

    If you close the app by clicking on the x button, do you have the same behavior?

    I'm currently at customer site. Sorry, does not work.
    The "real" client is another 3cx client on mobile phone.
    If this is the reason, it might be a problem, because the users there only use 3CX clients on mobile phones (via WLAN).
    We have only two Yealink T42Gs for special locations.
