3CX Client Keeps defaulting to Softphone mode

    If I switch to CTI mode then the next time the software is closed and reopened it defaults back to softphone mode. Is there a way to change it so it defaults to CTI or remembers the last mode it was in? It is doing this on Yealink T48G and Polycom vvx 410's. Thanks!

    Hello there,

    I assume you are on V15, if this is the case then:
    Choose the extension you want from the management console, edit it and navigate to the provisioning tab.
    Choose the 3CX client from the drop down list and scroll down to call control. Then pick IP Phone and click ok.
    All set
