3cx client not working correctly through tunnel

    Hi all,
    Some problems with the iOS 3CX client :
    Using the app on the LAN, with wifi enabled: everything is OK
    Using the app over 4G, through 3CX tunnel : we are able to receive and make calls, but many features do not work : recent calls list is empty, the status says 'connecting' or 'timeout', the presence square is grey instead of green ...
    Any idea?

    1 - in the Management Console, verify if your extension is allowed to work ouside of LAN; if not, enable this option.

    2 - while connected on LAN, in the client "More" tap "Re-Provision" or
    3 - while connected on LAN, in the client "More" tap "Resend Credentials" - it will force th PBX to re-send you the Welcome eMail, or
    4 - in the Management Console, select your extension and re-send Welcome Email
