3CX Client shows missed calls 3 times

    Hi,

    we use the lastest Version of 3CX 15.5 Pro Edition, new installed.

    Here is our problem:
    We have 12 extensions in one ring group. If the ringgroup is called and nobody answeres, the 3CX Client (and webclient too) shows the missed call 3 times. So, there are three lines with the same missed call at the same time. This behavior show only 2 of 12 extensions. The difference on this two extensions is,that there are 2 SIP Phones on one extension are connected.
    Note: When i call one of the two extensions directly (without ringgroup) the missed is displayed right - only once.

    Do you have an idea what is wrong with my config?

    Check DID are not enabled on some of the extensions

    Hi, thanks for your reply.

    i checked, and in the tab "General" on the extension:
    "Direct Inbound Dialing (DID)"
    "Optionally assign a DID to receive calls directly to this extension"

    There is no DID entry.

    Any other idea?
    Now i am sure. There is a relationship between the number of extensions and the number of missed calls displayed. If the extension is newly created and only one phone is connected, only one missed call is displayed. When an extension is connected to 3 devices, 3 missed calls are displayed (in the 3CX Phone, WebClient, and Android Phone). However, this error only occurs only with ringgroups. When the extension is called directly, only a missed call is displayed.
    I hope anybody can help us.

    I also get 3 e-mails, if I the option "Send email notification on missed call" is set. Is this bug known? The behavior is honestly annoying for our customer.
    3CX how can we fix this?

    Now we installed SP1 of 15.5. and the issue is still there, when do you fix it?
