3CX Client stopped responding - randomly

    After upgrading to version 15.5 all our call center agents all experiencing random freezes of the 3CX windows clients. In the middle of a conversation, the client just freezes and Windows brings the message that the 3CX Client stopped responding. They have to then restart the client.
    The call that they were on is still shown in the queue but they are not able to pick it up again.

    Here's the maintenance reports for the event on one of the PCs.

    Thanks, yes this is exactly what we experience. I downloaded the alpha client and will continue on the other post.
