Just a thought.
A tick box enabling the 3CX client to stay on top would be good.
What I did to get around this was to use Desktop Padding in DisplayFusion, so it moves the maximize size to the left a little to always show 3CX. I have mine set to 260px and it always shows client like this. DisplayFusion is great if you are using dual monitors.
To do this.. Create a new Monitor Profile, call it 3cx Padding.
In the profile, select which monitor you want to do this to if you have multiple, I chose the right one.
Click on Splits and Padding. Set the Right padding to 260, and click Show Preview to see it.
Save and Apply.
Now any window maximized in that monitor will not cover the 3CX client. To override the padding, hold the shift key when Maximizing a window.
It is a bit of a waste since 3CX is not resizable to use the entire right side of the screen.
