3cx Client with multiple phones (Yealink/Dect)

    Hi a client of mine has a 3cx PBX with a couple extensies which has 2 phones connected.
    The first phone is a Yealink and the second is a Dect phone which has been provisioned through the FXS/DECT option (with a Gigaset N720)

    the problem is that when the users log on the 3CX client pops-up with the question which phone the user would like to use for CTI integration.

    Is it possible that the client always uses the same phone (Yealink)

    Hello @Martijn

    Please note that currently there is now way to set a default phone in the 3CX client. You will be prompted every time the client starts to choose a phone to control via CTI.

    Not really in a position to know that. However you can request this by creating as a features request in the ideas section of the forum so other users can upvote this and can be evaluated by the appropriate department.
