3CX Cloud login errors

    I signed up this week for the 1-year free cloud service but when I login it says "server error" or "Invalid password". I've verified the password is the same one emailed to me and tried multiple computers at different locations with multiple browsers with no luck.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    I have the same issue since today... Yesterday evening it worked just fine.

    Hello there,

    Make sure that the password you are using is correct and try logging from a different public IP address in case your IP got blacklisted. Once you log in you can remove the blacklisted IP from the "Blacklisted IPs " tab on the Dashboard

    I had this issue once before and was able to login using the way you described but it's not working anymore. Still says server error or invalid password. Password hasn't changed from the default and I've been copying and pasting.

    Hello, same issue here! yesterday it worked fine but today all clients are off and it is not possible to login to cloud portal - "server error".

    I try to connect from different locations with same result!

    Hello @Ansgar

    Are you running the free version of the PBX express or have you installed the PBX on your own instance? When you say "all clients are off" you mean that phones have disconnected as well?

    Hello Yiannis, we are using the one year trial version hosted by 3cx on the google cloud. Today the four soft clients can´t connect - the 3cx client is empty without any function.
    Log in to the admin console results in "server error". I have an external pc logged in to the admin portal yesterday - "502 bad gateway"... any idea?
