3CX CRM Integration and Transferred Calls

    A inbound call is transferred from one extension to another. The number that the CRM integration picks up is the extension that transferred the call, not the original number from the inbound call. Obviously, I don't want the CRM record for the transferring extension. Any idea how to fix this?
