    when i go to link, there is nothing about server based 3rd party crm integration , only an window api is there which was there from old days, and no proper documention also .

    how can i use a windows api in 3cx linux server ?, plus what was newly released in this build ?

    if there are some documents or preview release is also good before the API is actually released.

    We're working on this, and we'll be releasing a tool to create server side integrations shortly. Please be patient, we need to get this properly working and documented.

    There is a big problem for us.
    we are using httpapi with v14 for makecall event. it works perfect.
    ( i know there is no httpapi v14 but we find a way to use it )
    But v15 is different from v14. httpapi is not working.

    we have maintenance license. and also use video conferance.

    our video conferance ability is not working at the moment. if we update v14 to v15, we lose call center application. if we dont, video conferance not working.

    u should think us before forcing update to v15.

    We are thinking to leave 3cx maintenance program 2018 and buy another video conferance application.

    3cx lose us soon..

    Please open a new thread to discuss a new topic.

    The HTTP API has been deprecated in v15 because of security reasons. There are other APIs you can use to do the same. You have the 3CX Call Control API which lets you make outbound calls. You can create a simple C# web app using this API and expose a MakeCall interface via HTTP, so you can have the same interface in v15, but developed by you. Of course, any security risk will be on your back after doing this...

    Hi All

    Any update on the release of the server side API?

    We are new to 3CX but this is a key feature for us selling and promoting this product and we need a web based, non client specific server side API to offer the integration that is required by our clients.

    Any time frames on this would be appreciated to manage our expectations please.

    Dear 3cx Support ,

    I am in the same page . Looking forward for how to integrate my customized CRM with 3cx . I am using version 15.5 . Can you please let me know does 3cx send the inbound and outbound calls details to my sql server DB or any Web URL . I can read the send data from 3cx on my application. Only needs that 3cx send the inbound and outbound calls to one one of the above area .

    Your hint will help me more .

    Hello @Farhad Farahmand,

    In order to receive notifications for inbound and outbound calls, you need to use the 3CX Call Control API. Using this API, you can send the information to an external system, like your database or web service.

    Please some more hint . I have downloaded 3CX API Documentation Package for 3CX V15 . Can you please let me know what do to with the downloaded file . How would downloaded file will help me to receive inbound and outbound details on my CRM ?
