    The current 3CX dashboard shows the "licensed" simultaneous call count. Would be a nice little added feature if it showed the "current" number of simultaneous calls in progress and the "highest" number of simultaneous calls detected. (ex. " 17 of 32 ( 27 max ) " This would aid in troubleshooting if the maximum simultaneous calls was being reached and general situational awareness for possibly upgrading the licensed simultaneous calls feature.

    Current calls is listed on the dashboard. Second column "PBX Status". It is titled "Number of calls in use".

    That is only one part of the problem. It would be very valuable to see the maximum # of SC reached. Don't need it on the dashboard, but a specific log extract that just showed the changes in SC.

    Hi,
    can you please add graph for the last 30 days .
    past concurrent calls graph, Channel Usage, Licence usage, i don't care what you call it but it needs to happen..
    Customers need to know when they need to upgrade there 3cx licence... before they start missing calls or it starts to affect there business.

    • outbound calls
    • internal Calls
    • Other
