3CX Desktop Application for Windows

    I have a headset and microphone configured in the audio options in the Desktop Application, however when a call comes in the [Answer] button is greyed out and requires i pick up with the desk phone. Anyone know whats up?

    Sounds like it's in CTI mode.

    sellect the phone logo on the softphone and be sure you select 3cx softphone and not CTI mode...
