3cx ending the call instead of transfer

    Hi,

    I've installed today the new version 6 (before I used the 5.1). I have a problem: When someone call my number I redirect the call to a RING GROUP. After 25 seconds, If no one of the ring group has picked up the call, I redirect the call to the Digital Receptionist (Destination if no answer). With the 6 version of 3cx the call terminate instead of transfer to DR. I tried to redirect the call to another extension, but the call terminate.

    I've the same problem... with the transfer after ring group, or after the ivr... 3cx version 6.0612 / patton version 5.1

    I am having the same problem, on top of it it does the same thing if you try to dial extension directly from DR menu. It rings to the extension and then it says "Call Transfer Failed" and goes back to DR.

    That there looks like after ring group 101 doesn't answer it is forwarding back to 101 again instead of DR. Are you sure it's setup ok? I don't think I have problems with mine (V6 - 612)

    Is your destination phone working? it seems that it tries for 15 seconds and than terminates.

    try this.

    Set the destination up to have all calls routed to the voice mail of that extension, see if you can leave a message, if so than the negotiation between your phone and 3CX is not configured correctly.
