3CX Error

    Hi all,

    I'm getting a number of these errors via email:

    Call to 073879xxxx@(Ln.10001@Alegro 6112670xxxx) has failed. [ V4 116.255.xx.xx:5060 UDP target domain=unspecified mFlowKey=768 ] replied: 486 Busy Here; from IP:116.255.xx.xx:5060

    What does this mean? I've had a problem reported to me that our customers are having intermittent problems dialing into our 3CX system but can't replicate the problem, so I was hoping I'd find a logfile with something to point me in the right direction.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Steve,

    the device is sending a 486 busy response, this is probably because the device is set to DND or the phone is busy.
