3cx event log

    Hi guys,

    Currently we use 3cx v15.5 sp1 on Windows.

    We set our event log setting to purge after 30 days. Are these event logs only viable on the dashboard? Doesnt 3cx save these events in a file aswell?

    Reason for asking is. We would like to filter out all the sip messages for "busy here" and extract it.

    With the "activity log" I see the max setting for backup log files is 15 days. We would like to go back 30 days.

    Is there any other way to do this, maybe looking for data in the DB or is the activity log the only way with max set at 15 days?
