We have a group 600 which includes all the handsets set to ring for inbound calls.
Logging into http://3cx:5000/UserMain.wgx with the extension number and pin does not show group inbound calls to that extension.
This makes it almost useless as all inbound calls go to the group, and these calls are where we spend most of our time are not showing up in the individual extension logs.
As we run a support desk and often in individual users need to check how long they were on the phone for to a client we want to be up to run the extension manager to show how long that extension was on course for whether it came into the group extension or specifically to that extension.
Is there any easy way of doing this from each desk without having to log into the 3cx server and run the call log reporter to find out how long a particular extension is on inbound calls?
