3CX extensions do not hear voice of incoming calls

    Hello !

    When calls come in the caller hears the voice of the 3CX user but the 3XC user does not hear the caller's voice.
    I tried to disable the firewall, but this does not solve the problem.

    it was about the ports of the router ;-)
