3CX Firewall Checked Returning Failed

    Hi Guys,

    i have and issue where the 3cx firewall is returning the below error

    Internal port number (XXXX) does not match external port number (XXXX)

    is there a way to fix this, this is a clean install of 3CX single instance V14

    What type (make/model) router are you using? Are all of the port forwarding setting correct? Could it be doing port substitution? Were you using a previous version of 3CX (with no changes to the router) with no errors? Is there any other firewall involved?

    thanks for taking the time to reply

    there is a tplink firewall however all the port forwarding is forwarded i have also dmz and factory reset the router. i have also DMZ the router.

    i have tested it without any network cable and it still products the same issue it sends out one port then comes back another
