Hi, we have a SIP trunk that is a bridge to our main office. When I ran the firewall tests, does it detect the port forwarding through our public IP address or through our bridge? I kept getting port does not match errors. Thanks.

Thank you Yiannish. However, I am talking specifically our setup which our PBX doesn't communicate directly with the outside world if we have a bridge to our main office. If I understand correctly, our test will fail at our remote office since we are bridged to our main office.

Since you have 2 phone systems, both should pass the firewall checker independently. You might be bridged to the main office but the firewall checker should still pass on the remote site. It makes no difference to the firewall checker if you have a bridge, or a trunk or not. The services stop before the test begins so any connections you might have are dropped. Each PBX will run the tests though it's own public IP so port forwarding should be done on both sides.
