3cx group pickup caller ID

    We have a problem with caller ID's when using group pickup. Here is the scenario:

    Caller A rings B
    B is away from desk so C picks up the call using *20*
    A's handset still shows the caller ID as B, and not the now C as it should

    Is there a way around this? It would be good to see who has picked up the call from the original caller

    Unfortunately this is not possible, it will always show the original callee.
