3CX health status monitoring

    Hi, I have deployed 3cx system in my company.

    I'm wondering how to monitor the status of 3cx system.

    I have Nagios that checks health status of many services in my network.
    Maybe I could use it also to monitor if 3cx is ok.

    I had a sittuation when my firewall hung and it didn't forward traffic to 3cx machine, so our phones didn't ring. T

    hank you for any suggestions.

    3CX has the ability to send an email when one or more VoIP providers(or bridge trunks) fail to register, which I would assume would be the outcome if a firewall (between 3CX and the outside world) were to fail.

    If that doesn't work for you, then I'm not sure what the use of monitoring tools will buy you, as it sounds as though 3CX was working just fine, just not receiving calls.
